do i need to provide water and power?
We have a fully operable mobile unit with water and power so providing them is not necessary , but we offer customer the options to save money by choosing to provide utilities at discounted rates
can you detail my car at my office or apartment?

Yes as long as their is 2-3 feet of clearance around the vehicle and property management will allows it.

do i need to be present for the entire appointment?
No, you are only required to be their for the initial walk around and to hand off the keys, we can handle the rest!
what happens if it rains?

In most cases of rain if there is not a canopy or a garage we will re schedule the appointment

can you remove deep scratches?

The fingernail rule applies here: if your fingernail catches in the scratch, it has likely cleared the paint and requires a body shop. If it’s smooth to the touch, it can usually be polished out. but if you have touch up paint deep scratches can be fixed.
Professional grade coatings typically last 2 to 10 years, depending on the brand and how well the vehicle is maintained after the coating.

will interior detailing remove all smells like pets and smoke?

Standard and deluxe cleanings help, but true odor removal usually requires an ozone treatment or a Chlorine Dioxide bomb to kill bacteria at the professional level
is steam cleaning safe for my leather seats?

Yes, when done correctly Steam is excellent for sanitizing and lifting oils without soaking the foam underneath, which prevents mold and leather shrinkage.

Yes, we are fully insured covering not only our assets, but yours as well!

Are the chemicals you use eco friendly?
Yes, all of the chemicals we use are biodegradable or use a rinse less technology to prevent run off, we also have water containment systems for special scenarios.

how often should i get my car detailed?
It all comes down to personal preference , But we recommend a full detail twice a year to get the nooks and crannies, with a maintenance 2-4 week maintenance plan in between. Keep your ride its cleanest at the lowest cost.
