Josh Schreiner
Founder / OwnerThey say it takes 10,000 hours to become a master. For Josh , founder of HI-RES Mobile Detail & Polishing, those hours were earned in the trenches. He started at the auto auctions, pulling all-nighters to lead teams through 400 car weeks, before moving to a Kenworth dealership to manage the detailing of massive semi-trucks and specialized metal polishing.
Through a decade of mastering paint, metal, and heavy equipment, Josh saw a recurring problem: too many shops hit a ceiling where they couldn't give the customer the results they truly wanted. He decided to go on his own to break those limits. Now a Certified Ceramic Coater, he pairs his old school work ethic with new school technology to provide the highest level of surface protection available.
From polishing fuel tankers to applying precision ceramic coatings on delivery fleets and personal vehicles, HI-RES was born out of a simple mission: to provide the time, precision, and expert care that big dealerships simply can’t match.
