Terms of Service & Mobile Policy

• Initial Quotes: All online or over-the-phone estimates are non-binding and based on standard vehicle conditions.

• On-Site Assessment: Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, mold, heavy bio-waste, or severe neglect may incur an additional hourly labor rate of $75/hour.

• Variable Sizing: Prices listed on the Automotive Detailing page are for standard sedans. SUVs, Trucks, and Vans are subject to a 20%–40% size surcharge.

We are a premier mobile provider based in Maize, KS. To cover fuel, vehicle maintenance, and travel time, the following surcharges apply based on your Service Area:

• Base Zone (Sedgwick County): No travel fee within 15 miles of Maize.

• Extended Zones: A flat travel fee will be added to your invoice for the following counties:

  • Harvey County: $45

  • Sumner & Butler Counties: $65 – $70

  • Cowley County: $100

• Waiver Policy: Travel fees may be waived for Ceramic Coating services or Fleet Detailing contracts exceeding $1,000.

• Work Space: For mobile services, the client must provide a safe work area (driveway or parking lot) and access to a dedicated water source and power outlet( IF providing utilities)

• Weather Policy: In the event of extreme Kansas weather (thunderstorms, high winds, or temperatures below 40°F), we reserve the right to reschedule for the safety of our technicians and the integrity of the chemicals/coatings used.

• We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a non-refundable deposit or a $50 "dry-run" fee if we arrive on-site and cannot perform the service.

• Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect the vehicle with our technician upon completion. Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of the service date to be eligible for a complimentary touch-up.
